Honey Bee Swarm Capture
Honey Bee swarms occur when a hive decides to split and create a new hive. The old queen and thousands of worker bees will leave the hive and cluster in a temporary location. During this time the swarm will send out scouts to look for a suitable new home. The scout bees report back to the bees in the swarm cluster and the bees will vote on the new location. Once the vote is complete the entire swarm cluster will fly off to their new home.
